Accurate Visual Representations (AVR)

Accurate Visual Representations (AVRs) are a type of visual impact assessment that is used to evaluate the potential impact of a proposed development on the surrounding landscape or townscape.

We create our highly accurate AVRs by using a combination of 3D modelling, rectified photography, and spatial survey to create a realistic and accurate representation of the proposed development.

The purpose of AVRs is to help planning authorities and developers to assess the visual impact of the development and to ensure that it is in line with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
