We created this splendid set of Accurate Visual Representations (AVRs) for Cunniff Design’s James House in Leicester, a mixed-use scheme comprising 350 PBSA beds and 100 BTR apartments.
Our AVRs capture the essence of this ambitious and transformative project, which will create a new gateway into the city.
The AVRs are created by using a combination of 3D modelling, rectified photography, and spatial survey to create a realistic and accurate representation of the proposed development.
