We were tasked by X1 to develop both visuals and a short animation for X1 Development’s Michigan Avenue Development, a stunning new residential project in the heart of MediaCityUK.

The work showcases the four iconic towers, each with unique facades and a stunning design, that offer panoramic views of MediaCityUK, Salford Quays, and central Manchester. They also highlight the elegant and spacious apartments, the modern landscaped public realm, and the amenities that cater to the residents and the community. Our visuals capture the essence of this exciting and flagship development, which will provide 1,100 luxury homes in one of the UK’s most vibrant and dynamic media hubs.

360 Panorama tours were also created for each of the apartment sizes from a spacious 1 bed apartment to a two bed town house.
